How long does shipping take?
In stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase and will arrive at the delivery country’s customs within a few business days. Rings and made to order pieces will take 2-3 weeks to be shipped. All orders are shipped with DHL.
What is the return/exchange policy?
Product(s) can be returned within 14 days from date of purchase when accompanied by proof of purchase. Final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange. Shipping and customs clearance costs (if any) are non-refundable. Learn More.
How does sizing work?
If your TOHUM jewelry has a woven cord closure, you can simply adjust the size according to your wrist or neck. TOHUM jewelry with hook clasp closure are standard size. Please check our ring size to find your correct size and state at the notes section while checking out.
Can I have my order gift wrapped?
Please select “This is a gift” while checking out to have your order gift wrapped. If you want to include a personal message/note to your gift, please email us at info@tohumdesign.com and we will handwrite it for you and add it to your order.
