    How to look after your Tohum jewelry

    We recommend keeping our products away from chemicals such as perfume and lotion. Please avoid water in order to prevent oxidizing. Always good to keep your jewelry in a dust bag or box for extra protection. Cleaning your jewelry with a cotton cloth now and then will prevent and delay tarnishing. Please read our care card for best use and practices.
    Tohum jewellery is made from 24K gold or 925K silver plated brass, unless stated that it is 925K silver. Plated jewellery requires special care and is more sensitive to get tarnished from external factors such as chemicals, humidity or environmental factors.  
                A little caring will help keep your TOHUM piece(s) in neat condition for many years to come. 

    How does sizing work?

    If your TOHUM jewelry has a woven cord closure, you can simply adjust the size according to your wrist or neck. TOHUM jewelry with hook clasp closure are standard size. Please check our ring size to find your correct size and state at the notes section while checking out.

    Packaging

    Each piece comes with a complimentary 100% cotton dust bag and box.

    What is the return/exchange policy?

     Product(s) can be returned within 14 days from date of purchase when accompanied by proof of purchase, provided that other conditions for return are met.

    Unless defective, product(s) must be in perfect condition. That means unworn, undamaged, unaltered and including all tags/labels.

    Final sale items are not eligible for return/exchange.
    Shipping and customs clearance costs (if any) are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for any shipping costs when returning an item. Therefore, the cost of return shipping and customs clearance costs (if any) will be deducted from the total refund amount.

    How long does shipping take?

    In stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase and will arrive at the delivery country’s customs within a few business days. Rings and made to order pieces will take 2-3 weeks to be shipped. All orders are shipped with DHL.

    Can I have my order gift wrapped?

    Please select “This is a gift” while checking out to have your order gift wrapped. If you want to include a personal message/note to your gift, please email us at info@tohumdesign.comand we will handwrite it for you and add it to your order.

    Can I update or change my order?

    30% of our net profit from our Cuore collection sales is donated to the Haller Foundation. The Haller Foundation is dedicated to empowering smallholder farmers across Africa by helping them gain access to the knowledge, infrastructure and tools required to develop thriving communities and ecosystems.
