  1. What personal data we collect about you and where we get it from?

Generally

We collect most of the data directly from you when you order from our website. We get technical details from the devices you use to access our website and from cookies which tell us what you look at online, where and when. Like most other websites, our technology also lets us know when and how you use our websites, such as when you have added to or abandoned your basket or filled in a form.

You may order from our website without signing up for a membership and proceed to checkout as a guest. In such case we collect your following data;

If you become a registered user we are processing data in order to,

  • enable you to make your purchases directly through your membership without being have to re-enter your personal details each time you order from our website (your identity, contact information),
  • enable you to view the details of your current and/or previous orders and its/their relative invoices (your identity, contact and order details),
  • to create/conduct public or personalized campaigns, benefits, promotions, advertisements, marketing activities (information about your details of use of the website.

 

3.Who we share your personal data with and why?

We share your data only as described below and also with our subsidiaries following practices at least as protective as those described in this Privacy Policy.

4.Where we send your personal data outside Europe?

Business for us and many suppliers is international so your personal data may, at times, be handled in a location outside Europe. When this occurs, we take care in ensuring the security of your data. In the event you ask us to deliver your order outside of Europe, we need to send limited details outside of Europe to fulfil this request.

Due to the location of our server and/or depending on where we store all or part of our data, we may transfer your data to appropriate safeguards within the context of applicable law.

  2. b) request information about the processing of your personal data,
  3. c) learn the purposes of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
  4. d) learn your personal data if it has been transferred to third parties in Europe or abroad,
  5. e) request your personal data to be corrected if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  6. f) request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reason of processing is not legally required,
  7. g) request the third parties; whom your personal data is transmitted to; to be notified of your requests specified in paragraphs (d) and (e) and to perform the same transactions,
  8. h) object to the adverse consequences of the analysis of your personal data through automated systems,
  9. i) have the right to claim compensation for any damage caused by illegal processing of your personal data.
